We’re doing more than just building homes. We are prioritising the creation of positive social impact. This means understanding how our plans can truly benefit the local community and the city and using this understanding to make better decisions.
Local people
By properly understanding the economic, social and environmental needs of the area and working with local people to identify opportunities to make things better we’ll ensure the local community benefits from these plans.
This could be through supporting local people by helping generate opportunities in training and employment, supporting local community projects or identifying other initiatives.
